3.1 The “Built-to-Last” Guarantee

3.2 The Functional Inspection Protocol

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  1. The “Trail-Clean” Rule: The bag must be returned in original condition. Bags returned with mud, stains, or internal debris from use will be rejected.
  2. Hardware Integrity: All buckles, zippers, and TSA-approved locks must be functional and free of user-inflicted scratches.
  3. Original Tagging: The “Bigpacks Authenticity Tag” must remain attached.

3.3 The “Zero-Fail” Hardware Warranty

If a zipper teeth-alignment fails or a buckle snaps under normal usage within the first 30 days, we offer a Priority Replacement. We believe a bag is only as strong as its weakest component.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Gear: Bags with custom embroidery or heat-pressed initials.
  • Deep-Discount “Clearance Luggage”: Items sold as “Factory Seconds.”
  • Internal Organizers: Small pouches or cable organizers once removed from sealed packaging.
